Payment and Refunds
DOTA Accelerator offers multiple subscription plans, with prices as displayed on the purchase page. All paid plans come with a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be returned within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
DOTA Accelerator strives to provide a 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee nonstop service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned maintenance windows.
Changes to Terms
DOTA Accelerator reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through website announcements or emails. Continued use of DOTA Accelerator services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
