We then started a process in which consultant Patrick van Eck was regularly present at our location to help with all kinds of things. In the beginning he gave us a lot of training, later it was more and more about solving problems and wishes.

A concrete example is the department where vascular ultrasounds are made. We wanted the values of structured reports to be automatically included in the report. With Patrick's help, we succeeded. We also needed special reporting in our Dizziness Center. Because Patrick was present during discussions, we managed to achieve this efficiently. You immediately hear what is and is not technically possible and therefore miss the proverbial noise on the line."
